Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez are ready to face FC Cincinnati and try to qualify for the MLS Eastern Conference final. On the eve of the match, they received great news.

Messi, 38, and Suarez, 38, have been key for Inter Miami CF this season, and are very close to making history and qualifying the Herons for a Conference final for the first time.

The Argentine and the Uruguayan are the most decisive players on Javier Mascherano's team. Messi has 34 goals and 17 assists this campaign, which is 51 goal contributions. Suarez, for his part, has 21 goal contributions (10 goals and 11 assists).

However, the most recent news surrounding Inter Miami's two stars is not related to MLS.

Yesterday, Deportivo LSM was crowned champion of the fourth division of Uruguay, as Suarez announced on his Instagram account.

Deportivo LSM is a club founded by Messi and Suarez in May of this year. The team started in the fourth division but has just qualified for the third division of Uruguayan soccer.

"LET'S GO! CHAMPIONS! Congratulations to all the players, technical staff, and staff of Deportivo LSM! Thank you to all of you and also to the people who joined in supporting this project! This continues! We are going to the C!," wrote the Inter Miami striker.

The third division of Uruguay is officially called the Primera Division Amateur, but it is also referred to as "the C."

The season in the Uruguayan Primera Division Amateur ends in December and begins in May. There are still a few months left to see Suarez and Messi's team begin its new adventure.
